Job Summary:
The Project Geophysicist is responsible within the Europe & Africa region for the technical oversight and coordination of the Company’s multi client (MC) projects and for the provision of general geophysical support to marketing and sales.
Main Responsibilities:

Provide QC oversight and technical management of MC projects through their life-cycle
·
Represent the MC department for interface with marine and data processing operations
·
Technical liaison with partners providing design, sales, marketing or other services
·
Provide technical liaison with clients and management
·
Provide geophysics input and support for MC project proposals and negotiation
·
Support MC sales at client meetings pertaining to multi client projects
·
Provide input to survey design in support of the project objectives
·
Actively represent the Company at multi client events and forums
·
Provide geophysical input into the multi client strategic planning
·
Provide general geophysical support for MC sales and marketing
Technical Requirements
·
Experience of the multi client business
·
Degree in geophysics or related
·
Strong background in current 3D data processing techniques
·
Competency in technical project management
·
A sound understanding of geology
